1. Description of Service

Alpha Leonis Trading Limited provides online tools and products accessible through a subscription service (“the Service”). The Service is offered globally and is subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alpha Leonis Trading Limited website (“the Website”) or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well the disclaimer available on the Website. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Website or the Service.    

3. Subscription

3.1. To access the Service, you must create an account, provide your active TradingView ID and purchase a subscription. 3.2. Subscriptions are billed depending on your chosen plan. 3.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 3.4. Alpha Leonis Trading Limited reserves the right to change subscription terms, fees or introduce new plans at any time. 3.5. Refunds aren’t offered, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Alpha Leonis Trading Limited. 

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party. 4.2. You agree not to: * Use the Service to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. * Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. * Use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. * Use the Service to transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. * Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service. * Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means. * Harvest or collect information about other users of the Service.  4.3 We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service from anyone at any time at our sole discretion without express reason.

5.1. The Website, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alpha Leonis Trading Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 5.2. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, in any manner the Website or the Service, including text, graphics, code, and/or software. 5.3. The Alpha Leonis Trading Limited logo, name, designs, product names and all associated material and text are trademarks of Alpha Leonis Trading Limited. No trademarks may be used without express permission from Alpha Leonis Trading Limited. 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Alpha Leonis Trading Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website. 6.2. Alpha Leonis Trading Limited does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.    

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. In no event shall Alpha Leonis Trading Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service or the Website.    

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Alpha Leonis Trading Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
